Cancellation & Amendment Policy – SP Holidays

Amendment or Plan Changes

Change Fee: Any changes to the itinerary after booking confirmation will incur a 20% charge of the total package cost.

Note: Changes are subject to availability and approval.

Cancellation After Confirmation

Fee: If cancellation occurs after confirmation and the hotel voucher has been issued, a 30% cancellation fee of the total package price will be applicable.

Cancellation Before 10 Days of Travel

Fee: If the package is cancelled within 10 days before the travel date, a 50% cancellation fee of the total package price will apply.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Travel

Fee: If the package is cancelled within 7 days of the travel date, a 100% cancellation fee of the total package cost will be charged.

Travel Plan Flexibility

Once the travel plan is confirmed, no modifications or changes will be permitted.

Transportation Cancellations (Train & Flight Tickets)

Cancellation and refund of train and flight tickets will be processed as per the rules and regulations of the Indian Railways and respective airlines. Refunds will be initiated only after receiving the same from the concerned authorities.

Force Majeure Conditions

No Refunds: In cases of cancellations due to unforeseen events like bad weather, natural calamities, strikes, terrorism, or other circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be provided. However, SP Holidays will assist you to the best of our ability.

Hotel and Company Policies

All bookings and cancellations are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective hotels and travel service providers.

Cancellation Communication

All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to our official email address. Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.
